We also know how much tech can do the heavy lifting, especially for online business owners who are READY to scale but don’t want to be physically present in front of the laptop 24/7.

The Process:

 

  • As soon as you purchase you’ll get a welcome email with a link to request your kick off call booking time. We recommend you book within 7 days to avoid delays starting any work.

  • Once you’ve booked your kick off call you’ll fill out your onboarding form to tell us about your business and your Kajabi needs.

  • If there are any urgent tasks that we can get started on we’ll do so, otherwise we’ll focus on prepping your client portal (aka your BLG Headquarters) where your tasks, time used, recordings, documents, etc. are stored.

  • We’ll also start compiling a list of recommended tasks, mini-projects, and maintenance.

  • Depending on your plan, you can start submitting tasks, requesting training, or requesting strategy calls.

  • 3 weeks into your subscription we’ll review your time used and if you are under 75% usage for the month we’ll send recommendations of tasks we can complete so you get your money’s worth (we’ll watch for this every month, btw!).

  • Your billing will repeat monthly - you can cancel anytime and you’ll have until the end of that billing period to use up your remaining hours.

Here's the breakdown of the subscription levels

Level 1 gets you up to ten (10) hours of Kajabi tech support each month. Includes all areas of your site and settings.

Everything in Level 1 PLUS you can use up to four (4) of your hours for training (this includes 1-on-1 calls or requested tutorials).

Everything in Level 2 PLUS you can use up to four (4) of your hours for strategy calls (this includes 1-on-1 calls or requested advisory videos).

 

All subscriptions include:

 

  • Compilation of recommended tasks and maintenance work to pull from as needed, which we’ll keep adding to as time going on
  • Weekly email check-ins to help keep you on top of tasks and give you any important updates
  • Monthly email check-ins to celebrate your wins and address any issues

BONUS 1 --> One link to rule them all. Everything you need to know about working with BLG, the status of your tasks, how much time you’ve got left in a month, how to book calls, and more can all be accessed from a single link. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

 
We're not for everyone and that's ok...

 

  • We operate only during CST business hours, including 1-1 calls. Exceptions apply at our discretion.
  • If there are accounts that you need to work with us more efficiently we will set them up for you and then hand over the logins. This includes tools for your BLG HQ, password or file sharing, and more.
  • 99% of the day-to-day or task-related communication we send to you will happen via email.
  • We respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. In practice we usually aim for: morning requests get a same day response, afternoon/evening requests will get a next day response.
  • Turnaround time for tasks varies based on complexity. For a simple task if we have all of the info we need to complete it you'll usually get it back the next business day.
  • Urgent tasks that we'll drop everything for are those that affect your ability to make $$$. For example: buyers who are getting errors at checkout, your sales page is broken, your entire site is down.
